From Steve Bartlett: One of my enduring memories of Ben is from many years ago when we spent several hours at the Cheeswring on Bodmin Moor looking for Daniel Gumb's cave. We eventually found the cave which, considering Daniel lived there with his wife and six children, was less than impressive. In fact it was tiny. However our sense of achievement was so high that we had to celebrate with a couple of beers in the local pub. It was a trip we talked about repeating after lockdown but unfortunately never made it.
