Ben was a great guy, I worked with him for about 12 years, be would alway have a laugh even when thing were not going well. He was also a real craftsman, he made me and my wife's wedding rings, so I have a constant reminder on my finger. We also gave him a bunch of old jewelry which he transformed into a beautiful bangle using all the stones. It's one of my wife's most treasured possessions. We also shared the occasional pint! He will be missed. Rest in peace Ben.
